Before fully dedicating himself to Mancini Signs, Lou enjoyed a distinguished 33-year career as an art teacher, inspiring students with his passion for creativity. He also served as a cross-country and track coach, guiding young athletes in their personal growth and success. Additionally, Lou brought his dedication to mentoring as a wrestling coach for seven years at Boston State, Framingham, and Ashland High School. His commitment to nurturing talent and hard work, both in the classroom and on the field, reflects the same craftsmanship and attention to detail that he brings to every sign he creates.
